Shipping Info: Please allow up to 10 days for delivery inside the EU, and 2-4 weeks for international destinations. Under normal circumstances, we expect orders sent by mail to arrive within a few days to two weeks of purchase, but cannot always guarantee this.
We do not provide a tracked service; if you require this, please email us before your order and we can easily sort that out. Customers will need to pay the extra charge for tracking in this instance.

Customers must provide a correct and up to date address in order to successfully receive physical goods. Should you provide incorrect address details and subsequently contact us after we have shipped your goods requesting us to resend the order to a new address, we will not be able to honor this as we have sent the order in good faith to the address on the system.
